Shipping policy


Due to COVID-19, there are some delays from couriers. Some parcels are flying through and some are being held up.

This is something we are trying our best to fix with our shipping partners.

Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Once orders are dispatched, we are no longer able to change the shipping address. Please make sure to provide the correct address, as well as a mobile number to avoid any possible delays. 

All items are subjected to UAE VAT (which is 5% of your order). VAT and shipping costs will be calculated upon check-out.

Shipping takes 5 – 10 workings days from the date of collection.

Worldwide Shipping:

Please note that, BAZ Jewelry is not responsible for any Custom duties and Taxes upon delivery. These charges are depending on your country and are entirely separate from our shipping fees. If you refuse to pay or accept the delivery any charges applied back to us will be deducted from your refund.

General Conditions:

Orders are delivered daily excluding UAE public holidays and Fridays.

Customers will receive order/payment confirmation by email after completing the payment at checkout.
