BAZ Jewelry comes with a 30 day warranty from the date your items are delivered. This covers manufacturing faults and defects.  It does not cover accidental breakage and general wear and tear, such as scratched, tarnished, or faded jewelry.

Please note, BAZ Jewelry is delicate and should be handled carefully. Take care of your jewelry with a soft cloth and avoid contact with strong chemicals, cleaning products, water, creams, and perfumes. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding care or more specific material details.

In the event your jewelry is faulty, please contact us at sales@bazjewelry.com with:
– Proof of purchase (online order number is sufficient)
– Description and photo of the damaged jewelry

In most cases, we will require you to return the jewelry for assessment by our customer service team. 

A replacement or store credit/voucher will be provided once the jewelry is deemed faulty.
